National Service Team

Ausure has a team of brokers who can provide back office broking services to branches remotely. The team provides the same service as an internal broker and assistant would if they were employed in a branch office.


We are able to assist with all insurer and placement related queries or challenges. Insurer market updates, specific contacts for placement and escalation issues are just a small part of what they are able to provide guidance on.

IT/Broking Support

Ausure has a dedicated Broking Support and IT team who are here to help you. We can assist with the following tasks: Provide IT advice and guidance, Setup/onboarding of all Branches and staff, Desktop and general IT support, and support of all systems used by Ausure

Ausure has a dedicated Accounts and Finance team who manage all in and outgoing account processes for Head office and our branches.
