As an Indigenous business, Baynyi Group is committed to supporting Indigenous communities. Our IPP reflects this commitment and is underpinned by four key components:
- Investing in targeted programs that increase Indigenous participation in football (soccer). These programs are directed and operated by Baynyi Group CEO Gema Simon. Gema is a former Australian Footballer (Matildas) and a proud Gumbaynggirr woman.
- Providing funding (full or part) to increase Indigenous participation in formal education.
- Providing employment, training and up-skilling for Indigenous people to assist in advancing their careers.
- Develop partnerships with Indigenous people to build strong relationships and contribute towards their economic development. This includes identifying opportunities to engage Indigenous and social enterprises in our supply chain network.
