Our team is expanding and we are seeking an enthusiastic Administrator to join our fast-paced office in Robina.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Brokers
  • Assisting clients with enquiries 
  • Liaising with underwriters 
  • Answering inbound calls  
  • Responding to client enquiries  
  • Processing endorsement and cancellations 
  • Assisting with claims as required 


We are looking for
 a good mix of the following skills, knowledge & experience

  •  
  • 12 months of experience in administration or broking (preferred but not required)  
  • A strong work ethic 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including relationship management 
  • A commitment to exceptional client service and quality advice 
  • An attention to detail, discipline and professionalism 
  • A friendly disposition and a commitment to being part of a team environment 
  • Proficiency in IT skills.
