Our team is expanding and we are seeking enthusiastic Claims Coordinator to join our fast-paced office in Brisbane.

Responsibilities
- Management and negotiation of claims, including communication with insurers.
- Supporting clients with enquiries
- Providing an excellent level of customer service to all our stakeholders
- Managing a high volume of claim cases from lodgement to finalisation
- Professional written correspondence, including reports and email
- Deliver a highly empathetic customer service experience
We are looking for a good mix of the following skills, knowledge & experience
- At least 12 months of experience in Insurance (preferred but not necessary)
- A strong work ethic
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- A commitment to exceptional client service
- Strong time management skills including the ability to multitask
- A friendly disposition and a commitment to being part of a team environment
