Our team is seeking an enthusiastic Client Service Broker to join our fast-paced office in Robina.

Responsibilities
- Supporting our National Service Team
- Supporting brokers with enquiries
- Liaising with underwriters
- Processing renewals
- Quoting new business
- Placing cover through online platforms
- Processing new business, endorsements and cancellations
We are looking for a good mix of the following skills, knowledge & experience
- 12 months of experience in Insurance (preferred)
- Tier 1 or Tier 2 qualifications in General Insurance Broking (preferred) or a strong desire to grow in the industry
- A strong work ethic
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including relationship management
- A commitment to exceptional client service and quality advice
- An attention to detail
- A friendly disposition and a commitment to being part of a team environment
Salary Range is variable based on industry experience & qualifications.
