Our team is expanding and we are seeking an enthusiastic Compliance Administration Assistant to join our fast-paced office in Brisbane.

Responsibilities
- Administrative support to Compliance Manager
- Monitoring compliance cases
- Maintaining our Authorised Representative register with ASIC
- Assisting with the setup of new authorised representatives and referrers including agreements
- Assist with the process of appointing/revoking and varying Authorised Representatives
- Compiling monthly compliance reports from our Corporate Authorised Representatives
- Monitoring Continual Professional Development registers of our Authorised Representatives
- Approving new stationery / marketing material
- Recording of any new complaints and referral to the Internal Disputes Team
- Dealing with general compliance enquiries from Authorised Representatives
We are looking for a good mix of the following skills, knowledge & experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A disciplined approach to planning, organising and decision making
- Strong people and communication skills and the ability to act in a fair manner
- High level of confidentiality
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
The right candidate must display the following attributes:
- Previous insurance industry experience
- Knowledge of the financial services industry standards and regulations (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work as a team and autonomously
- Intermediate knowledge of computer systems
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft systems (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook essential)
