Ausure Pty Ltd is excited to announce a joint venture arrangement with Ruralco Holdings Pty Ltd (Ruralco) for the distribution of general insurance.
Ruralco is a publicly listed agribusiness, consisting of more than 40 specialist businesses with over 500 outlets across Australia. They provide expertise to their clients in merchandise, fertiliser, wool, livestock, real estate, risk management, water, grain, finance and insurance.
The joint venture will involve the assets forming Ruralco’s insurance business merging with Ausure Consolidated Brokers Pty Ltd and operating under Ausure’s Australian financial services license.
Ruralco is looking to extend its financial services distribution in regional Australia and sees Ausure as an ideal partner to help achieve those goals. Similarly, Ausure views Ruralco as a leading Australian agribusiness who provides solutions to the diverse needs of rural and regional Australia and the distribution opportunity created from the joint venture is significant.
Ausure is already a major force for the distribution of financial services products in regional Australia, however this agreement will give Ausure an even greater regional presence. The Ruralco footprint across the country will deliver a range of insurance and distribution opportunities to Ausure and its Authorised Representatives. The joint venture will assist Ruralco provide enhanced financial services products and services to its extensive client base.
