Ausure announce incentives & changes to Executive Team as part of strategy to bring on New Authorised Representative Broker Partners
Ausure has announced a change in roles for their Executive Team as part of their focus on bringing new AR’s to the group.
Adam Sloan, previously head of Blended Broking and Sales, has been appointed as General Manager of Business Development. Sloan’s role will focus primarily on encouraging Insurance Brokerages to join Ausure. Adam will also be overseeing ongoing development and training opportunities for emerging talent and working alongside Charline Mitchener (GM of Marketing) on the Broking & Digital Sales strategy to bring new opportunities and partnerships that support business growth for Corporate AR’s.
“Ausure has dedicated significant time to branding, alignment, and enhancing our processes and automation to ensure we provide best-in-class service to our authorised representatives. We are highly selective in choosing who joins our group, as both our reputation and that of our representatives are crucial. Eager to grow and expand, we are now focusing on adding new authorised representatives for the first time in a while. We believe we can offer a genuine point of difference compared to others in the market”.
Adam Sloan, General Manager of Business Development at Ausure.
Ausure is considered one of Australia's leading Broking Groups.
Brokers urged to carefully compare service offerings.
Brokerages considering other groups, are encouraged to reach out to Adam Sloan to discuss incentives and benefits of joining Ausure. When comparing broking groups, owners need to carefully compare service offerings available, such as access to systems, marketing services and technology support. Most importantly, paying careful attention to long notice periods and high licensee/compliance fees, something which Ausure does not charge offices for. Businesses that are currently tied into long notice periods are still encouraged to discuss possible options with Ausure.
