Ausure Gives Back To Those Who Need It Most

This year, Ausure again rallied together to give back to those who are having it tough this Christmas, with the team donating to two special charities they cherish.

Be An Elf

Since 2015, the Ausure team and their associates have taken great joy in participating in the ‘Be An Elf’ initiative over the years. Staff members who chose to participate received a ‘Christmas’ list from children identified by organisations such as their schools, community groups or refuges as requiring additional assistance, especially during the holiday season.

The thoughtful initiative, established in 2012, has been a favourite for our staff for many years. “It is a fantastic way to give back to the community, especially with so many families doing it tough at the moment.

With so many worthy charities around to choose from, it’s always difficult to pick just one to support each Christmas – but Ausure staff enjoy taking part in this particular initiative because you feel a little closer connected to the recipient having received their handwritten list.” Charline Mitchener, Head of Marketing at Ausure, explains.

In addition to providing presents to their Christmas List children, some of the team take the time to hand-deliver these gifts to the children in need once they have been checked and wrapped by the Be an Elf Happy Wrappers.

The ‘Be an Elf’ Headquarters is located in Beenleigh, Queensland and additionally runs several other initiatives throughout the year to further support those in need.
