Ausure motivated to Partner with Brokerages and Individual Insurance Brokers Australia Wide

Ausure, one of the largest Insurance Broking Groups in Australia is looking to partner with Brokerages throughout a number of regions as part of its focus to grow its national footprint and deliver quality, trusted insurance advice to more Australians nationwide.

Ausure’s role focuses primarily on supporting these offices with the back end services to ensure they are able to run their insurance brokerage compliant and efficiently.

Ausure has a proven track record over many years of providing Business Owners with options on how they would like to partner with their licensee partner.

  • Independently Owned and Managed: Those looking to run their own businesses, with Ausure providing only the support you need on an ad hoc basis.
  • Joint Venture/Equity Partner: Ausure buying into your business. With this model, you can decide how much or how little involvement we have in your business. The benefits of this include extra capital to allow you to expand/take capital out of the business and more support from Head Office with things like Marketing, HR, IT and Broking Support and Finance (payroll, bookkeeping etc). This is also a great pathway for those that are starting to think about retirement or selling their business within the next 5 years.
  • Ausure also supports our AR’s through mergers and acquisitions, so anyone that is looking to sell their business is highly encouraged to contact Ausure for further discussions. The majority of our ARs are looking to expand and grow and would be highly motivated to purchase businesses throughout Australia.

New Business Owners/Starting Out:

This applies to insurance brokers that are currently working in existing brokerages but would like to step out on their own. We are looking for quality brokers with more than 5 years of experience who are motivated to build a business of their own.

Growing their Business:

Business owners of brokerages who are successfully running their own business but are motivated to grow in their region. Ausure is able to provide a number of support services to take the back office complexities out of the picture so they can focus on their goals and objectives.

Succession Planning:

These business owners have dedicated their lives to building a successful business but are now looking to plan for the future. Bringing on a shareholder to kick start their succession plan early not only allows you to extract capital from the business but also brings new ideas and resources.

We’ve also had some Business Owners join the network who were previously running their own AFSL. However, they were concerned about the direction of the industry and looking for more security with an AR group, such as Ausure, that offered market leading governance. and guidance

Ausure currently offers three service models for Business Owners but can provide custom support models that align with their goals and objectives.

Supported:

The supported model means you carry out all broking, placements, insurer negotiations processing
activities (as a broker currently would). However, we support you with any issues or problems you encounter with insurers or systems.

Serviced:

The ‘Serviced Model’ is where you deal with your clients but have the centralised broking team handle day to day broking processing; this allows you to spend more time face to face with your clients and focus on growing your business.

Combined:

Opt to have a combination of the two plus access to the centralised broking and claims team for holidays, illness and during a catastrophe event. Our IT & Systems Support team also offer free advice and, if required, can refer you to our suppliers for IT support.

We have identified a need for Ausure representation in Sydney CBD, Melbourne, Western Australia, Ballarat, Broken Hill, Forbes, Wagga Wagga, Mount Isa, Port Augusta and Mount Gambier; however, they are open to other locations. As per our family values and commitment to current Brokerages of Ausure, we will not consider Brokerages that overlap with current locations. However, there is an opportunity to partner with current ARs who are always looking to expand through acquisition or joint ventures (partnerships).
