An Ausure Initiative to Support our Brokers
Ausure continually look for new ways to support our brokers. The National Service Team provide assistance to offices that would like support with back office processing requirements. This frees up Ausure brokers to focus on other areas of their business, such as building client relationships and providing advice, and new business growth.

How does this work?
The National Service Team (NST) have a proven process to facilitate all of our brokers processing requirements. Usually, the NST do not liaise with clients directly, other than when assisting brokers while they are on Annual Leave.
What can we assist with?
– Renewals
– Remarket Policies, can be tailored based on Branch requirements
– Endorsements/cancellations
– Debtors
– New Business (obtaining quotes and providing assistance with New Ventures/schemes)
– Providing relief/assistance when your staff are on holidays or unwell
The national service team also work alongside the Ausure claims department to provide assistance to offices during high volume periods such as during weather catastrophes or annual holidays.
