Ausure Opens Up Subsidy to Tier 2 Study
Following the overwhelming response to Ausure’s Subsidised Diploma Programme and Tier 1 Courses, Ausure has now opened up the opportunity of 50% subsidised Tier 2 Insurance Broking Studies for Ausure ARs. This third phase of subsidised learning means that many current or potential emerging talent now have the opportunity to start or further their education through Ausure’s T&P subsidy programme.
Mick O’Bree, General Manager of Licensee Operations, has been coordinating the implementation of the T&P subsidy programme via Ausure’s Training and Promotion Partnership since late 2023 and shared, “I have been really pleased with the uptake of our brokers completing their Diploma and Tier 1 studies, and am looking forward to helping the next wave of our network start their learning journey. I also hope quality people from outside the industry will see they have a strong path for growth and success in their careers, should they choose the Ausure network.”
The T&P subsidy programme is open to Ausure ARs who have yet to begin their Tier 2, Tier 1, or Diploma Studies and wish to start or further their insurance broking education career. The Tier 2 course is the first step in beginning an insurance broker education pathway.
Ausure’s Learning & Development Manager Amanda Theodosiou, who joined Ausure in July this year, is pleased with the progress Ausure has made with its T&P subsidy programme in such a short space of time, sharing, “It is remarkable the progress Ausure has achieved in a short period of time with the T&P subsidy programme. This initiative has not only empowered our team with essential skills but also strengthened Ausure’s commitment to excellence and innovation in the insurance industry.”
The extension of the T&P subsidy programme to include Tier 2 aligns with Ausure’s Emerging Talent Day, which is focused on developing young Ausure Brokers and Broking staff (under 35) in the industry.
