Ausure Regional Networking Meetings Officially Underway

Ausure Networking Meeting

The first Ausure Regional Networking Meetings since 2019 have officially kicked off, with a meeting held in Brisbane on the 5th of July at the Victoria Park Golf Club followed by the Sunshine Coast Networking Meeting, which was held on the 7th of July at the Sunshine Coast Mantra.

Our Key Partners – QBE, NTI, Chubb and CGU also attended the post Ausure regional networking social functions, mingling with branches and Ausure staff.

Ausure Management and staff took the opportunity to re-connect in person with our Branches, and discuss some of the exciting projects and developments in the pipeline, as well as tackling some of the more serious topics, such as Compliance, Cyber Security and Professional Indemnity.

Steve Sloan, General Manager of Digital and Communications is speaking with branches about the Digital Sales Strategy, as well as the Ausure CRM System which is now live and onboarding new offices each week. Asset Cover, Insure247, Ausure Blended Broking, Luxury Homes and Ausure Southport have all taken the leap onto the system.

“Unlike other generic CRM’s you may find online, ‘The System’ has been built purely for use by Insurance Branch Principals, brokers and staff. The functionalities and tools are designed to free up you and your staff from monotonous and tedious tasks and allow your team to focus on more important areas of the business.” explains Steve Sloan.

The System built by 247 Systems (Which Ausure has been a shareholder since 2020), also helps owners protect their business and clients with all client interactions recorded including email, phone and SMS communication.

The System features:

  • Pipeline Management
    • Visibility of all clients and what stage they are at. Drag and drop clients between stages and brokers to manage workload.
  • Full Client Management
    • Manage new business, existing clients, renewals, quote referrals and client communication all out of the system.
  • Integration with Insight
    • Loading new clients directly from the Digital Fact finds to Insight with the click of a button
  • Compliance Management
    • Automation of file notes; All client interactions recorded including email, SMS and phone. Identify potential Client Risks and exposures
  • Branch owner tools
    • Dashboards, custom reporting and staff KPI benchmarking allow you to see how your branch/branches and it’s staff are tracking.

Also on the roadmap, are Client Portals, an Insurer Marketplace and using AI (Artificial Intelligence) to quickly identify risks that your client may be facing before they are even aware of it.

John Mills, Broking Manager of Ausure discussed the importance of taking the time to learn each and every client story and the importance of having a thorough presentation slip when approaching insurers. “Clients want nothing more than being the storytellers of their business. The business starting foundations, where it is today and its future vision and goals for its success are so important and valued to business owners. We as professional brokers and risk advisors have to be as passionate about that story and relay that to any potential insurers. The current insurance market is the most challenging in a generation so it’s crucial that our quote presentations are the best in the industry and grab the attention of the Insurer instantly. We also need to show that the client is proactive in risk management and we are all working together towards a risk transfer insurance solution.”

Also exciting, was the news of plans for our next Ausure Conference to be held in March 2022 and the upcoming Ausure Camping Trip taking place in November this year on the Gold Coast.

Ausure management will continue to meet with branches for the remainder of July and August, travelling to Rockhampton, Townsville, Wollongong, Orange, Echuca, Perth and Adelaide.
