Ausure’s 30th Anniversary Conference Set to Sparkle in Sydney
From the 22nd to 24th of February 2026, Ausure will celebrate three decades of loyalty, partnership, and growth with a spectacular Diamonds and Pearls themed conference at The Crown in Sydney.
The event will see Ausure delegates, head office staff, and our valued sponsors gather in Sydney, a city renowned for its dazzling Harbour and timeless beauty. In celebration of 30 years of success bound in loyalty and trust, the conference theme will embrace the elegance of pearls and the brilliance of diamonds, symbolising the wisdom, strength, and enduring partnerships that define Ausure.
1996 - 2026
Since its establishment in 1996, Ausure has grown from a small family-owned insurance brokerage into one of Australia’s most respected insurance networks. Built on the foundations of integrity, dedication, and personal service, Ausure has continually evolved to meet the changing needs of clients and partners. This milestone marks not only a reflection on the achievements of the past three decades, but also a reaffirmation of the company’s commitment to building a future as enduring and valuable as the relationships that have shaped it.
As Ausure reflects on this journey, Graeme, Ausure’s General Manager Distribution, shared his perspective on the significance of the milestone.
“What an incredible milestone for a small family business from such humble beginnings. From the moment I joined in 2008, Wayne’s passion and enthusiasm were contagious and when Troy joined in 2009 an entrepreneurial flair was added to help grow the business to where it is today. The culture and values have not changed and the business continues to grow and evolve, which is quite a remarkable achievement in today’s economic environment. A big thank you to all the staff and ARs for their loyalty and support over the past 30 years. There is not another company in the world that I would be more proud to be a part of.”
A Conference that will be remembered
Across the three days, delegates will experience an agenda designed to inspire, connect, and celebrate. Proceedings will begin on Sunday evening with a Welcome Dinner sponsored by Gold Sponsors, Chubb and QBE at Pumphouse in Darling Square, offering a relaxed atmosphere for guests to reconnect and set the tone for the days ahead.
