Sales Training for New Reps: If you’re new to the industry or looking to sharpen your sales skills, we offer tailored sales training to build your confidence and expertise. These programs are designed to equip you with the skills needed to succeed in the insurance market.
Referral Partnerships: Expanding your client base is key to business growth and we focus on developing referral pathways with industries outside of insurance, such as mortgage brokers, commercial real estate agents, and property developers. These partnerships bring in valuable leads and provide an ongoing stream of business.
Guidance for Emerging Talent: Our Emerging Talent program is designed to help those in your business under 35 years of age level up in technical broking skills.
Networking also gives them access to Industry leaders. We are currently in the process of designing our Ausure emerging talent mentor program.
Referral Incentives: If you refer a new corporate AR to us and they meet specific criteria to be successfully onboarded to Ausure, we offer incentives. Help grow our network while earning rewards for your efforts.
