Business Mentoring and Growth Opportunities
One of the many benefits of being part of a large group such as Ausure is that you are exposed to opportunities that often never make it to market. Retirement and changes in circumstances create opportunities for other branches looking to increase their portfolio. When a branch wants to sell a book, they work with Ausure management to approach appropriate offices looking to extend their business. We provide guidance and assistance to both parties to achieve a successful outcome. Ausure also has the capacity to enter into joint ventures with branches to provide owners with capital and support for their business and allow them to explore opportunities they previously wouldn’t have had access to. Ausure can also assist branches with access to finance to assist with the purchase of new books. Ausure can make small or large investments according to what suits the business.

Claims Support
The Claims department is a team of Claims specialists dedicated to nothing but claims, led by Darren Free. We can service all claims from small to large, including total losses and worker’s compensation.

Our Marketing department continues to implement new tools and initiatives to assist our offices. Only this year we have re-designed all Ausure landing pages that allow any enquiries to go straight through to the broker on all insurance types as well as optimizing content to place them at the top of the search results in their region. We have also begun sharing generic consumer content that offices can share with their clients via social media, email or newsletters.

Broking and Systems Support
Ausure has a dedicated Broking Support and IT team who are here to help you and your staff. Broking Support can assist with the following tasks: Provide IT advice and guidance, Setup /onboarding of all Branches, Authorised Representatives and staff, desktop and general IT support, support of all systems used by Ausure, including Insight, insurer systems and the Ausure Community Systems Training

National Service Team
The National Service Team provide assistance to offices that would like support with back-office processing requirements. This frees up Ausure brokers to focus on other areas of their business, such as building client relationships and providing advice, and new business growth.

The National Service Team (NST) have a proven process to facilitate all of our broker’s processing requirements. Usually, the NST does not liaise with clients directly, other than when assisting brokers while they are on Annual Leave.

Digital Sales to keep your business moving forward

It’s important for business owners to understand that not all Australians look to purchase insurance the same way and Digital Sales (or leads) can prove to be an asset or a threat to traditional brokers that have built their business on old school advertising avenues which are being used less nowadays.

Ausure has dedicated an entire team to ensuring Ausure brokers are on the front foot when it comes to Digital Leads and Sales, and giving our brokers the option to acquire clients online. Through our partnership with Insure 247 and the digital sales strategy, Ausure brokers are able to extend their footprint outside of their local area and way beyond their normal reach, with access to insurance enquiries from 4 different speciality sites that acquire leads from all over Australia. Ausure brokers are able to decide what lead type and how many leads they want on a weekly basis.

The digital sales side of the business has acquired 3,500 new clients in the last 12 months, an estimated $33M of GWP in the next 5 years.

Ausure is pioneering robotic quoting, for our brokers

The robotic process (RPA) was developed to leverage connection to Steadfast Technologies Insight Broking Management Software, their digital marketplace Steadfast Client Trading Platform (SCTP) as well as Ebix Sunrise Exchange.
The process completed by the RPA is estimated to save the broker or associate up to 30 minutes for each residential property quoted, which Ausure is confident will free its ARs from a previously very manual process.

Our continuing motivation for developing and achieving these key milestones in our Digital strategy is to provide Ausure business owners with the tools to grow and develop their brokerage.
