Darren is the Head of Claims Operations & Broker Services. The Claim Team assists the with the management of claims from start to finish for our AR Network (by request) and Ausure owned brokerages nationwide. Darren is also available to assist brokers with any claim questions, claim reviews and insurer contacts.
Background
Starting as a Corporate agent for Suncorp, Darren then moved on to become an Authorized Rep for Ausure. After broking for 10 years, Darren decided he wanted to try something different and have now been heading up the Ausure claims team servicing both Ausure Authorised Reps and Ausure owned brokerages for the past 7 years.
