Grant’s role involves providing technical and general advice around Rural insurance and assisting with PI / Compliance cases within Wester Australia. Grant also oversees relationship management with rural underwriters.

I still think there is room for the personal touch with insurance – whether that is at a client level or at an underwriting level. Telling the truth and maintaining communication with clients should always pay off.
