Role Description

To ensure serviced representatives and client’s of Ausure receive the highest standard of service.

 

Background

20 years in Insurance roles from Broker Assistant, Broker, Training, Senior Underwriting, eBusiness & Management.
Started at Oamps 2001 and have also worked for Willis (1 year contract as Office Manager), CGU, Became a Mum and had 3 years away from permanent work (did some casual contracting to brokers) and since 2015 with Ruralco which merged with Ausure late in 2016 until now.

Your Tips and Advice

Be organised and efficient and back it up with good communication. Always be on time or early in what you do, use that time effectively to stay on top of your workloads and get ahead of the daily chaos that can ensue.

Consider the A-Z of each interaction not just the part you are involved in. Pick up the phone more and listen to what the person on the other end is asking and saying! Remember to allow yourself work/life balance.
